The no-late-fee period ran from 16 March to 31 July 2026. The prospectus then lists late-fee windows of 1-15 August, 16-31 August and 1-15 September 2026.

- First public examination: March-April 2027
Block II: September 2026 to March 2027
Block II begins on 16 September 2026. Its no-late-fee period continues through 31 January 2027, followed by three listed late-fee bands through 15 March 2027.
- No late fee: 16 September 2026-31 January 2027
- Late-fee bands: 1-15 February, 16-28 February and 1-15 March 2027
- First public examination: September-October 2027
